Do you have referral discounts?

We do! Occasionally I pop a discount code into our boxes. Give it to anyone you think needs more focus… or someone you’ve been distracted by. You can even use it yourself –  enjoy!

 

I have allergies – can I let you know?

Of course. If you have allergies to something that might be in bath and body items, please let me know. We can swap out items for a similar and equal value item if it contains an ingredient you are allergic to. Just email me at info@focusbox.shop and let me know.

My Focus Box is late to arrive.

First of all, I'm sorry. Second of all, this almost never happens! The courier service has a great track record of timely deliveries and large scale logistics. While I send tracking links to your email when your purchase is dispatched, if it's later than expected let me know and I will follow up with the courier on your behalf.

 

I want a refund on my box, how can I return it?

It’s a shame you didn’t find any of the products useful (or good gifts!), but if you receive your box, open it and see nothing of value in it, I offer free returns for boxes received with all items unused/in original condition. Please email returns@focusbox.shop to get the process started.
